Click the cart button next to the product that you want to purchase. You will be transferred to a secure server, where you can select a language of the purchase page, currency, quantity of the product you want to purchase and your personal details required for order processing. After you click the Next button you will be transferred to a page where you will carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form. Double check your e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt will be sent to this e-mail address

Lastly, confirm all entries by clicking the Submit button. On the Review Your Data page, which comes next, you will see your information, check it again, and click Order. You will then see a final order confirmation page

You can print out your own invoice. Click the Print Invoice/Order Confirmation button at the bottom of the page. A copy of this receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.

You can use your credit card or bank account through our PayPal connection.

If we are not able to solve your problem to your satisfaction and the item you ordered must be returned, please direct your refund request by e-mail to our Customer Service Department Click here, including a brief explanation of why you wish to cancel your order. Upon receipt, we will check your order details in our database and authorize the refund within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and will be confirmed by e-mail. In the event that the refund is not authorized, you will be notified by e-mail with the explanations of the reasons. Elecard holds the customer responsible for ordering the correct products for their particular needs. Elecard in no way will accept responsibility for product purchased in error.

DELIVERY TERMS

We ship purchases within three business days.  Occasionally we have a backordered item. In those cases we will contact you to determine whether you wish to cancel or wait for the backorder. You have a variety of shipping options on checkout. We use UPS for deliveries. If you require another form of delivery, please let us know before completing your order and we will do our best to accomodate you.
